About Margaret Agard
Popular podcast guest , award winning author, and keynote speaker, Margaret invites audiences to consider if they might be running hard down the wrong path. She shares a simple daily process to get out from under overwhelming busyness. and live a life of joy and true purpose by turning their to-do lists over to God/Higher Power/Spirit. She started this practice as an executive in the high tech industry when she was also a single mom of 8 and had returned to finish her last university semester. People of all ages, business, and walks of life relate. From podcast hosts: ” great guest! She is funny, has great insight and flows with the conversation.” “highly recommended”, “spiritual not religious” Often her episodes are one of the most downloaded for a host with titles such as Find your true purpose with this simple daily practice Finding True Purpose Through the Divine From Busy to Joyful: Taming your to-do list Giving your to-do list to God Her story appeals to many who have more to do than time to do it in, and want to live their best life. At the time she started this practice she was a single mother of eight, was the sole financial support for her family, and had returned to university full time to finish the last few credits for her bachelors degree in mathematics. She slept less than four hours a night and often woke in a panic worrying about what wasn’t getting done. Her previous practice of prioritizing and focusing on the “most important” tasks wasn’t working. After turning her to-do list over to God (spirit, inner voice, higher power) she “got more done, more sleep, and had less stress.” Her story inspires others to do the same.
