Today more than ever we need to be steady at the helm. Right now, we are in a political season, although it seems that we have been in a “Political Season” for many years now and we are seeing the backlash of our lack of discipline and control. I’m sure that many of you understand what I mean when I say this. For this reason, we need to look at what has been driving us to be so immature in our responsibilities, you can see it everywhere and it is getting dangerous.

As we age, we worry about our long-term safety and security. This alone can make the decisions we have to make harder as we watch the fabric of our institutions crumble and become more openly distorted. We are bearing witness to the immoral boundaries being rapidly overtaken by forces that have no allegiance to anything other than greed and the lack of good morals. It is time for strong, unwavering discipline and control.

Have you looked at the national debt clock lately? Where do you see disciplines and control? As we witness the circumstances, it should make you pause with great concern. Have you witnessed the lack of discipline and control in our Justice system, letting petty crimes sore as they narrow the focus of all departments to political-style attacks? I could go on for hours about how our systems and institutions are failing in so many ways.

Every one of the issues we face should be about the safety and security of each one of us, however, we have let the wrong influence take control of every aspect of our societies. This topic is a big one to talk about, and that is why we need to bring back some Sand, Grit, and backbone to our way of life.

The easy convenient lifestyle is by choice! Just think about that.
