Transform Your Thinking

Hosted ByEd Watters

It all starts with a thought! Every aspect of our life involves a process of thought. If we are unable or unwilling to think just a little deeper on simple task, how can we expect that we will react the right way in a time of urgency? On this podcast we talk more in depth about the thought process and how we might be able to enjoy life a little better simply by controlling our thoughts, and not let our thoughts control us.

Why Devaluing Others is Destructive Behavior

Let’s start with Understanding Devaluation

Devaluation is the act of diminishing or undervaluing someone’s worth. This behavior can manifest in various ways, such as belittling someone’s ideas, criticizing their actions, or dismissing their feelings, thoughts, or achievements. It’s important to recognize these behaviors as they can often be subtle and easily overlooked.

For instance, in our political environment, we see both main political parties allowing this divisive behavior. I’m sure most of has witnessed the phrases such as, “Deplorables” or “Loser” and many more. The child-like behavior has pushed our Republic to the very edge of war with itself.
